Virtual Meditation Practice Promotes Wellness for Brockton Residents

Join in on the fun and relaxation on Saturday, January 17, from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Participants can join the course 30 minutes before it starts. Every few sessions, you can move up to the next skill level to learn more helpful meditation techniques from Sahaja Yoga experts.
