Brockton Water System Failure
This hotel in Brockton suffered a major fire suppressant failure that resulted in copious amounts of water flooding several rooms and sections of this corridor. The Before Photo depicts the work in progress; since the water was clean, our SERVPRO team removed some drenched carpets in several rooms for drying. The carpeting running in the hallway was not too wet, and we were able to perform an "in-place' drying method using our advanced equipment. Note the large number of LGR low grain refrigerant dehumidifiers used to capture the remaining water vapor and some air movers. The After Photo once again shows the great work of our crew, "Like it never even happened."
