Brockton Bank and a Broken Water Pipe
During the night a pipe ruptured in the restroom of this Brockton bank and wet this very nice, commercial-grade carpeting. Fortunately, SERVPRO arrived on the scene soon after the call to mitigate further damage to the structural members or the furnishings. After using a riding extractor (Rover) to remove most of the moisture we set up several dehumidifiers. This one is capturing the water vapor during the drying process and siphoning the condensed water into the tub. Of course we brought a large crew to quickly dry out the bank so that normal business operations could begin. Time is money, especially in a bank! The After Photo shows the finished effort, "Like it never even happened."
