Brockton Storm Damaged Building

The fallen ceiling tiles and insulation have almost been cleaned up in this storm-damaged office building. Nor'easter wind and rain damage are quite common in this region of Brockton, and our team of SERVPRO technicians is always at the ready. We can remove the soaked and non-salvageable debris along with any safety hazards as we begin the cleanup. The second photo shows the removed commercial-grade, glued-down carpet, and vinyl baseboard molding. The large LGR dehumidifier is capturing the water vapor that is generated by the axial fans. By speedily removing the moisture and monitoring with sensors and thermal-hygrometers, we can restore standard RH relative humidity to this workspace. We work hard to minimize water damage and then prepare the build back so that our client can once again resume working.
